Day 1

Day 1 : The road of the olive trees

Arrival in St Rémy de Provence in the morning, where our travel agency team takes care of your luggage (if you choose this option), and presents you the travel documents and your bikes.
Take time in the morning to visit the city before taking off.

Itinerary day 1 : 35km

Go and discover one of the most beautiful french villages and enjoy the astonishing view from the Baux de Provence's fortress.
Then you'll go down towards the village of Fontvieille where you'll be able to admire the famous windmill that inspired Alphonse Daudet in his masterpiece « Les Lettres de Mon Moulin ». Then take the road again up to the city of Arles and its arenes at the gates of Camargue.
In the evening you can stroll about the streets of the city. You sleep in Arles.

Day 2

Day 2 : A day in the heart of Provence

Itinerary : 42km

After a solid breakfast, you leave Arles to get to the village of Maussane-les-Alpilles, in the middle of olive trees. After having a taste of the traditional olive oil, you go to the village of Eygalières and its charming Chapel St Sixte. Then, you carry on accross the orchards and the green valleys up to the village of Mollégès.
Next you go to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where you leave the bikes and get your luggage back (if you choose this option).

At your arrival in St Remy de Provence, we provide you with a road-book for your trip, containing touristic information and vouchers. We also give detailed itinerary, day per day, with maps and explanations. Finally, you will be given a navigation system (GPS) which will help you along the way.
